Sketch-a-Day 128/8365: A New But Familiar Face (to me anyway)

Mid-week and hey! I know what I want to work on instead of just random stuff, go me!! This is a character that's been in development hell for me since I have two versions to design that have to look somewhat alike yet still alien to each other. I think i finally found his human face though. Say hello to Malicen everyone!
Oh, and as a tip: you've seen his not so human quick face sketches before.
