Sketch-a-Day 84/365: The Doctor Will See You Now

One of a few ideas for the previously unnamed villain of my Azure Fox project. Well, not totally unnamed, previously just referred to as The Doctor. Not wanting to besmirch the good name of THE Doctor among Who fans, he is now Doctor Ultra.
